Mini Pinata time

Warning!

Trying something new:

Mini Pinatas.

• As seen here I talked about where I got this very cute idea :)

My traditional way of doing pinatas

 is nothing like this, 

it normally consist of 

balloons, water, glue, and paper.

I have seen them done

differently before...

I just never got the chance to do them...

So here it is...

scissors, pencil, tape, a shape & ribbon

paper & spray glue

After getting all the supplies that I thought I would need...

I got to work...

Slowly but surely the little guy started to come along!

Its Starting...

its coming together...

All sides up :)

Ribbon inserted :)

Little over half way done... time to go cook dinner :)

And the Final product looks a little like this!

I couldn't have asked for a better show. It was done amazingly!! I seriously felt like a little kid again. It was so worth it. My tickets only cost $18 X2 with some fee's came to a total of $53.64 and every penny was worth it. So if Disney on Ice is in your neighbor hood then I completely recommend it.

Look to see when their in your town :)

Mini Pinatas

Seriously so cute and I just love pinatas.

Always Have.

But for the Holidays I'm going to try and put my own twist on the little donkey. I was thinking about doing a mini christmas tree. I have some very cute tissue paper left over from last year so I'm gonna experiment with that. I'll post my trial and errors after I'm done. Haha. Hopefully its a success. Does anyone else out there have any cute ideas for the up coming holidays.

When October hits you can't ignore the change in the air and the color of the leaves. Although some don't get to experience four seasons there's no denying that something around this time changes. 

Shorter days and longer nights.

 Crisper mornings and foggy drives.

It's also around this time that I begin to except that the year is almost over. Before I know it Thanksgiving will be leftovers in the fridge and taking down Christmas lights will become a chore.

But in this moments I will enjoy wearing my scarfs, 

walking through puddles and 

drinking warming beverages just to stay warm :)

A Fall Hello & an Intro to my Blog

Yesterday was a lovely fall day here in Seattle. But I don't think that's what really got my writing again. 
I think it was a combination of the long walk and odd encounters. 
Something just clicked.  

I can't promise that I will write everyday or that I will have something amazing to say every time I do write. But I can only hope YOU will always find something amazing on my blog, learn something new and hopefully leave with a smile.

So to start off heres a little bit about myself:

• I'm left handed and like to drive barefoot
• I love to try new things and enjoy overcoming fears
• Hope is something I always have
• Creativity can happen anywhere and I truly believe that
• I enjoy the sound of the beach
• I believe in opportunities
• Things don't always go as planned but you can still get good

I know that's not much but I'm sure I will have plenty more post to help explain who I am and What I do and Why I do it.
